Through tranquility is a continuation of Salina in exploring different forms of alter-space. It is the threshold for the eyes- welcomes you to a familiar space and recalls a peaceful time that one has had. The painting is a piece of memoir and exploration of one’s memory defenseless to the time and negotiating with it by slowing down oneself and joining in the motion of living matter and particles.
